Leah serves as president of The Axiom Group, Inc. As such she is responsible for all aspects of the business, including the overall management and strategic direction of the company. Under Leah’s direction, The Axiom Group, Inc. has launched an aggressive expansion campaign within the field of digital document management. Axiom Requisition Copy Service, a subsidiary of The Axiom Group, Inc. is an industry leader in the document retrieval and copy business, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and profitability within the legal and insurance industries. Axiom Digital Management Solutions (ADMS), also a subsidiary of The Axiom Group, Inc., is an IT consulting and outsourcing firm specializing in digital document management. Under Leah’s leadership, The Axiom Group, Inc. has enjoyed 5 consecutive years of record growth, both as a whole and within each of its individual divisions. Prior to starting The Axiom Group, Inc., Leah founded and managed Axiom Court Reporting & Consulting, a very successful firm within the court reporting industry.

As Vice President of Corporate Development Joel is responsible for developing the growth plans and structure for The Axiom Group, Inc. This includes making sure the marketing plan, financial plan and operational plan are all in place to achieve the lofty goals that have been set. Before joining The Axiom Group, Inc., he served as Claims Manager with Jackson National Life Insurance Company, a globally recognized leader in the insurance and financial services market. Joel was responsible for the planning and development of the department that included approximately 45 direct reports and a $500 million annual budget. Additionally, he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team that was charged with operational integration of acquired companies. Prior to his work at Jackson National, Joel worked as V.P. of Operations for Medical Solutions, a technology company whose main focus was developing software and data networks for sharing information amongst medical providers and insurers. In addition to his main responsibilities with The Axiom Group, Inc. Joel also serves as a member of the Capital Area IT Council, and is a part of the Delta Township Government Relations Board.

Todd Vallad has been with Axiom Requisition Copy Service for over 5 years. He started with our company when our offices were only 450 square feet and he performed all aspects of the record retrieval process. Now he oversees the progress of all orders for record requisitions placed by his clients. He is the main point of contact with clients, directing the operations of a vast support team which makes it possible to reach his clients’ high demands. Todd currently serves as Senior Account Executive for 69 law firms and insurance companies, comprised of approximately 154 attorneys. He prides himself in his knowledge of the procedures, legal or otherwise, necessary to follow through to completion the entire retrieval process until his client’s are satisfied with what they require. His stand for providing superior customer service has allowed him to excel in his position. Being proactive, and recognizing potential issues are important to his success.

Todd is married with seven children, three of which are still at home. Prior to joining Axiom Requisition Copy Service he was an independent sub contractor and prior to that he managed the 25 million dollar inventory of a major US pharmaceutical distributor. His background as a business owner and multiple positions in customer service and satisfaction equip him well in being an advocate on behalf of his clients.

Vicki Lintemuth has served as an Account Executive with Axiom Requisition Copy Service in excess of 3 years, beginning her tenure 5 years ago as one of the first employees added to staff. Her time with the company has provided her with extensive industry knowledge. Vicki is a member of the Operations Group within Axiom Requisition Copy Service, charged with developing the procedural structure necessary to meet client needs not only quickly and efficiently, but also in compliance with industry regulations. Known for her attention to detail and determination, Vicki has earned a reputation for being a strong advocate for her clients. She currently serves as Account Executive for approximately 50 law firms, and 150 attorneys. Her main responsibilities include overseeing the progress of document requisition orders placed by her clients, and coordinating the efforts of the team supporting her.

Vicki is married with one daughter. Prior to joining Axiom Requisition Copy Service, Vicki worked as an account executive in the health insurance industry, as well as spending time in the advertising industry. With her active life, she is also able to run her own events planning company.

Ben Winberg has been with Axiom Requisition Copy Service for approximately 5 years, serving the last 3 years as an Account Executive. His main responsibilities include overseeing the progress of all document requisition orders placed by his clients. He also serves as the main point of contact with clients, directing the operations of the team supporting those efforts. Ben currently serves as Account Executive for 55 law firms and insurance companies, comprised of approximately 140 attorneys. His knowledge of the legal and procedural intricacies associated with the document procurement industry has allowed him to excel in his position. Being proactive, and recognizing potential issues are important to his success.

Ben is married with two children. Prior to joining Axiom Requisition Copy Service he was an independent business owner in Northern Michigan. His background as a business owner has equipped him well in identifying and responding to the needs of his client.
